Year 11 Leavers' Consent Forms 2025
Our current Year 11 students are fast approaching the end of their academic year and preparations are now underway to produce the traditional Yearbook.
Yearbook 2025
A number of Year 11 students have formed the Yearbook Committee and have been working hard to design a fun and memorable reflection of your child’s time at the school. This will include the name and photograph of every student who has provided consent, as well as memorable events such as trips.
The cost of the Yearbook has yet to be confirmed and we will communicate this as soon as possible. The cost of the Yearbook will be added as an optional item to your Parent Pay account once the costing has been finalised.
Leavers' Hoodie
You will be given the opportunity to purchase a Leavers' Hoodie from an external company for your child as a keepsake to celebrate their time at the school.
The cost of the Leavers' Hoodie has yet to be confirmed and we will communicate this as soon as possible. The cost of the Hoodie will be added as an optional item to your ParentPay account once the costing has been finalised.
Consent Forms
In line with GDPR guidelines, we must first obtain consent from every parent/carer before proceeding.
In order for your child’s photograph and full name to be featured in the 2025 Yearbook along with their name to be printed on the Year 11 Leavers hoodie, you are required to provide consent.
Please discuss with your child and then complete the online Consent Form below before Monday 10 March 2025.
* This closing date is a strict requirement in order to ensure the timely printing of the items. Please be aware that any consents received after this date will not be included and your child’s details will not appear in the Yearbook or the Hoodie.
